The Board of Elections is facing criticism because of issues at polling sites during Thursday's primary.
Some voters in Brooklyn say they never received mailers with updated information on which polling site to go to, and went to the wrong place.
After congressional lines were redrawn earlier this year, voters had to figure out what district they lived in.
Some say they were denied affidavit ballots despite the confusion.
Public Advocate Bill de Blasio fired off a letter to the Board of Elections demanding they fix the problems before the general election on November 6.
He says the issues were first reported during the June primary, and should have been fixed by now.
