In addition to the family of Eric Garner, another alleged victim of police brutality will also join Sharpton Saturday at a National Action Network rally.

A scuffle between police and Jahmil-El Cuffee was caught on video.

It appears to show an officer stomping on Cuffee's head, as police hold him on the ground.

Police say the arrest happened around 8 p.m. Wednesday on Malcolm X Boulevard in Bedford-Stuyvesant, after officers saw the man rolling a marijuana cigarette.

He is charged with resisting arrest and tampering with evidence.

The man who shot the video says he was working nearby and disputes the police account of what happened.

"As they wrestled the suspect to the ground, he didn't put up a fight. He just wanted to know why is he being arrested. And why did you grab him in the manner in which you did, even upon arrestment, with no—he didn't even read his Miranda rights to the individual. He just continuously went upon him as if he just animalistically had some intentions to attack this individual...It was terrifying," the man said.

Police say one of the officers has been placed on modified duty.
