They say that true love never fades. Well, neither do reality shows about true love, which explains why we're currently being treated to another season of "The Bachelorette" on ABC.

The new bachelorette is Jillian, who was a contestant vying for the love of Jason on the last season of "The Bachelor." Jason of course, was also a contestant on the previous season of "The Bachelorette", vying for the love of DeAnn, who was a contestant on "The Bachelor" before that vying for the love of Brad who well, you get the point. Can these people truly not find love, or can they just not tear themselves away from being on television. Maybe a little from column A and a little from column B.

In any event, Jillian, best known for making out, and perhaps more in a hot tub with Jason, is now trying to find her soulmate from among a group of 30 dudes who like to use hair product and, occasionally, breakdance. That's right, the first episode featured the first ever break-off, as breakin' instructor Michael turned "The Bachelorette" house into his own personal electric boogaloo. But even more impressive than that is all the ridiculous ways producers put the contestants in positions to take the shirts off. And why wouldn't the contestants want to take their shirts off after going to all the trouble of having seemingly every last body hair removed from their torsos.

Before all is said and done, Jillian will no doubt make out with tons of men, go on plenty of dream dates, and talk a lot about what a difficult decision she has to make. Of course, the chances of her actually finding her true love are next to nil. But yet, people still obsess over the question of whom she'll choose. The ultimate winner, of course, will be someone she doesn't, because then he can go on to star as the next Bachelor. And the cycle goes on and on and on.
