With the summer heating up, the deals are sizzling hot in the Caribbean.

Besides having a dining promotion this summer, the island of Anguilla in the West Indies is having a summer sale on some of its most coveted accommodations. Visitors get either one night free on a four-night stay or two nights free on a seven-night booking at a range of luxury resorts, such as the newly-renovated Cap Juluca, budget hotels in the Charming Escapes Collection and private villas such as Meads Bay Beach. A half-hour flight from Puerto Rico and a short ferry ride away from the U.S. Virgin Islands lies the British Virgin Islands, which are offering rooms for $125 each night this summer. For more information, visit www.BVITourism.com.

July is Family Reunion Month at Club Med at five of its resorts from Florida to Mexico, with special perks for large groups. Per-person rates for groups of 20 people or more start at $160 a night with discounts for kids. For more information, visit www.clubmedgroups.com.

In the "Luxury for Less" category, The Ritz-Carlton Hotels of the Caribbean and Mexico are offering four nights for the price of three, with rates ranging from $169 a night in Jamaica to $269 in both Cancun and San Juan and $359 a night in St. Thomas. The price includes breakfast for two and a daily $100 resort credit.

From now through July 15, the island of Barbados is offering a sale on its 2009 "Best Of" package for fall travel from September to December 18.
