With the summer heating up, the deals are sizzling hot in the Caribbean.

Besides having a dining promotion this summer, the island of Anguilla in the West Indies is having a summer sale on some of its most coveted accommodations. In the "Luxury for Less" category, The Ritz-Carlton Hotels of the Caribbean and Mexico are offering four nights for the price of three, with rates ranging from $169 a night in Jamaica to $269 in both Cancun and San Juan and $359 a night in St. Thomas. The price includes breakfast for two and a daily $100 resort credit.

From now through July 15, the island of Barbados is offering a sale on its 2009 "Best Of" package for fall travel from September to December 18.
