Some hot hotel deals are hiding behind the hedges in the Hamptons this summer. NY1's Valarie D'Elia filed the following report.

It turns out you don’t have to pay beaucoup bucks to enjoy the Hamptons lifestyle with discounted stays through the end of the summer. New life has been infused into a trio of weathered motels; the Capri, Bentley and Atlantic, gussying them up with stylish and beachy touches.

Located on or near busy Route 27 in Southampton, all three have sizable pools while two have tennis courts.

The boutique-style hotels have 100 rooms between them, with the Bentley offering a suite configuration with living rooms, kitchenettes, balconies or patios.

Capri is co-branding with L’Oreal sun products, a Cynthia Rowley store and an outpost of Manhattan’s Nobu restaurant.

Sunday through Thursday rates range from $149 at Bentley to $275 at Capri. Weekends top off at $395 at the Capri.

Get a 25 percent discount, subject to availability, as a D’Elia’s Deal for stays at all three through September 15th.

Further east, a cluster of cottages in Montauk with a ritzy name is now in the hands of fourth-generation owner, Morgan Neff, who is also a New York City firefighter.

"Millionaire’s Row started in the late 1930’s when the older people who were staying here had houses that were dilapidated, they loved the view so the joke was this was a $10 house with a million dollar view," says Neff.

That million dollar view of Fort Pond Bay still exists, but the cottages, dilapidated no more, have spiffed up interiors in studios to two-bedroom units. Weekly rentals range from $2,300 to $4,400 a week through Labor Day.

Ask for the D'Elia's Deal of 15 percent off any available rentals for August and September.
