Two diverse worlds will collide next month when the famed Christie's auction house puts some punk rock memorabilia on the block.

More than 120 records, photos, and promotional pieces for punk, garage rock, and new wave legends such as Blondie, the Sex Pistols, and David Bowie will be up for grabs.

One of the big-ticket items up for auction will be a guitar used by Kurt Cobain, which is expected to fetch $60,000-$80,000.

A 1976 Columbia Records test pressing signed by the four Ramones is expected to sell from $5,000-$7,000.

But the biggest item in the lot pre-dates the punk-rock era.

The organ used by John Lennon in the Beatles 1965 Shea Stadium concert, as well as on the "Ed Sullivan Show" is expected to sell for as much as $200,000.
