"We have a nationwide network of mystery shoppers who basically road test. They evaluate customer service and sink their teeth into the nature of online retailers," says Jordy Leiser of Stellaservice.

"We'll send you to a page that's a profile page. So we will give you information about their services, the kind of practices that they have," says Leiser.
