NY1's weekly segment "Your Weekend Starts Now" shows entertaining picks for great things to do this weekend all around the city. NY1's Arts reporter Stephanie Simon filed the following report.

"Romeo & Juliet" in Prospect Park

Romeo O Romeo wherefore art thou Romeo? Well Thursday night he's in Prospect Park, Brooklyn. The Celebrate Brooklyn festival will screen Franco Zeffirelli's 1968 film classic "Romeo & Juliet" with an opening set by The Love Show. It starts at 7:30 p.m. and it's free.

Lincoln Center Out of Doors

This Friday and Saturday night check your calendar and get pinned down with Lincoln Center Out of Doors. Accordionist Kimmo Pohjonen and the Helsinki Nelson wrestling group present Accordion Wrestling. While Pohjonen plays, wrestlers compete to beats. The shows start at 8:30 p.m. and tickets are free.

"HIP HOP GENERATION NEXT" Block Party

This Saturday head to the Bronx for dancing in the streets. The Casita Maria Center for Arts & Education and Dancing in the Streets present the sixth annual "HIP HOP GENERATION NEXT" Block Party from 2-9 p.m. on Simpson Street and 163rd Street in the Hunts Point neighborhood. The lineup is amazing and it's free.

"Strength and Grace" Exhibit

The Olympics are always inspiring so come check out artwork inspired by some of the summer competitions. The new exhibit "Strength and Grace" is at the Elisa Contemporary Art Gallery in North Riverdale now through August 12.

Third Annual Ars Nova 54/10 Music Marathon

This month, the 3rd annual Ars Nova 54/10 Music Marathon will be taking place featuring dozens of new artists like Kilbane and the Cellars. The location is 54th Street and 10th Avenue. The shows begin at 7:30 p.m. and run through August 11. Tickets are $10 online or $15 at the door.

Parked! Food Truck Festival

This Saturday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. head down to the SSSP for a mouthful and an earful. It's the 5th annual Parked! Food Truck Festival featuring over 30 of the city's best food trucks and 20 of restaurant row's awesome food vendors. But there's also plenty of great live music including John Hammond and Johnnie Lee Jordan and the Boy. Tickets are free but there's also a $65 VIP pass.
