The Permanent Citizens Advisory Committee released its second annual assessment of the MTA's yearly accomplishments Tuesday.
The report shows high marks for leadership, communication with riders, improved accessibility, among other categories.
The committee says it does not agree with talk about recent financial mismanagement, but does feel there are areas that need substantial improvement, like improving East Side access in Manhattan and securing funding for the 7 line extension.
The MTA says it will work with the committee to address those areas.
The PCAC says it delayed the publication during the recent debate over the financial future of the MTA.
