Starting tomorrow, bids will be accepted for a new rail tunnel between New York and New Jersey.
New Jersey Transit and the Port Authority have picked an area near the Lincoln Tunnel to build the new multi-billion dollar rail line.
The project includes 20,000 feet of tunneling in Manhattan as well.
The construction is expected to create thousands of jobs, and should be done within the next 10 years.
