According to the latest Lundberg Survey, gas prices are down 35 cents from two weeks ago, thanks to a sharp decline in the cost of crude oil.

AAA says New Yorkers are paying an average of $3.49 per gallon of regular, more than the national average of $3.31.

However, prices are nearly 60 cents more than a year ago at this time.
