New York City Transit has launched its second annual Subway Report Card program – aimed at gathering feedback on various areas of service.
This week, report cards will be distributed at all of the Number 7 line stops, starting today in Times Square and moving east on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
Last year, 16,000 riders gave the line a C-minus, citing crowded rush hour trains and garbled announcements.
