The progress of Manhattan's West Side development project is still under review.
Assemblyman Richard Brodsky held a public hearing Thursday to discuss the issue.
A number of city and labor officials testified, but no decisions affecting the project were reached by the end of the proceedings. The hearing raised concerns about the financing and speed of the Javits Centre reconstruction, the Number 7 line extension, and the Hudson Yards development project.
