Beginning on July 1 the Port Authority will stop accepting toll tickets at its bridges and tunnels.
The tickets were first introduced by the Port Authority 61 years ago to speed up payment at tolls.
They have not been sold by the agency since the introduction of the E-ZPass in 1997.
The agency will refund the tickets at their original sales value. For more information on how to obtain a refund, visit panynj.gov/scrip.
