The Metropolitan Transportation Authority is looking to make riding the train easier for night owls.
New overnight subway maps remove the clutter of lines that aren't running-- including the B C and Z lines.
It adds the three lines that become shuttles, six express trains that run locally and the "night-only" shuttle.
The changes usually run from midnight to 6 a.m.
About 25,000 copies of the map have been printed and are available free of charge while supplies last.
The maps can be found at the New York Transit Museum and the Transit Museum Annex at Grand Central Terminal or at mta.info.
