NY1 VIDEO: The Port Authority has approved plans to install an all-electronic tolling system in order to try and ease traffic between New York and New Jersey. The tolling systems will be implemented at the Goethels, Bayonne and George Washington Bridges, Outerbridge Crossing and the Lincoln and Holland Tunnels by 2014.
