Number 1 train service has resumed for riders in Upper Manhattan.
New York City Transit says service to 168th Street has resumed after being suspended over the weekend so crews could inspect the station's ceiling.
Number 1 trains had been skipping all stops between 137th Street and Dyckman Street. They will skip all those stops again this coming weekend for more inspection and repairs at 168th Street.
The trains are still bypassing 181st Street so the ceiling at that station can be repaired following last week's collapse.
Customers can use the A train or the M3 bus as alternatives.
