Secretary of State Hillary Clinton will deliver the commencement address at New York University's graduation this spring.
During the May 13th ceremony at Yankee Stadium, Clinton will receive an honorary Doctor of Laws degree.
Other recipients of honorary degrees this year are playwright John Patrick Shanley, White House journalist Helen Thomas, health advocate Jessie Gruman, and Nobel Prize-winning physicist Albert Fert.
Schools Chancellor Joel Klein will also be presented with the Lewis Rudin Award for Exemplary Service to New York City.
Last year, Clinton delivered a commencement address at Pelham Prep Academy at Fordham University.
