Senator Kirsten Gillibrand is honoring the accomplishments of September 11th first responder John Feal with an invitation to President Barack Obama's State of the Union Address.
Feal worked at the World Trade Center site in the weeks and years following the terrorist attack and was a key player in the passage of the September 11th health bill.
He also founded the FealGood Foundation and organized bus trips to lobby members of Congress.
