A former teacher at a Queens middle school pleaded guilty Tuesday to charges he gave indecent material to minors, after prosecutors say he sent sexual videos and text messages to some of his students.

The Queens District Attorney says 24-year-old Umesh Ramjattan sent the materials to three 12-year-old female students at M.S. 137 in South Ozone Park, where he worked as an English teacher.

The D.A. says one of the videos was of Ramjattan having sex with his girlfriend.

As part of his plea, Ramjattan has to surrender his teaching license, forfeit his computer and register as a sex offender.

He is currently out on $50,000 bail and is awaiting sentencing on April 20.
