The Supreme Court is upholding the city's policy banning after-hours religious worship at public schools.
In a decision handed down Monday morning, the justices rejected a plea by the Bronx Household of Faith to overturn the ban.
The evangelical church had been holding Sunday services at PS 15 since 2002.
They argue the city allows many groups to use the school buildings after hours.
However, the city maintains the services risk blurring church-state separation .
