A Brooklyn woman was arrested for allegedly stealing about $100,000 from a school PTA.

Prosecutors say Providence Hogan, 43, embezzled the money while serving as treasurer of the PTA at Cobble Hill's P.S. 29 from 2006 to 2010.

Hogan allegedly used some of the money to pay rent for both her apartment and for a spa she owned.

She is charged with 22 counts, including grand larceny and falsifying business records.

Hogan faces up to 15 years in prison.
