A parent is in legal hot water after allegedly making threats in his child's Lower East Side school.

Court papers say Edward Primus, 58, went to P.S. 184, which houses the Shuang Wen School and threatened to burn it down if his daughter was not given a transfer.

Primus was arrested Wednesday and charged with second-degree attempted coercion and second-degree harassment.

His bail was set at $1,000.

The Shuang Wen School has been criticized in the past, amid allegations of fraud and financial mismanagement and has been under investigation.
