The city and teachers union are back in court today over a proposal to release report cards on thousands of city teachers.
The Department of Education wants to release the data – with names.
But the United Federation of Teachers has filed suit, saying the methodology for determining the grades is flawed.
The judge in the case is hearing oral arguments today. It's not clear when she'll issue a ruling.
