The Metropolitan Transportation Authority says it has taken measures after bedbugs were found on the N train this week.

The agency says three trains on the line had to be taken out of service after workers found the unwanted straphangers in some of the cars.

The first two trains were sidelined on Sunday, then a third train was sent to the rail yards to deal with the problem on Tuesday.

All three trains have been fumigated.
