Amtrak has restored full service along the Acela Express and the Northeast Regional line.

It's also offering refunds or vouchers for future travel.

Some reservations booked online can be modified or canceled on Amtrak.com or by using the free Amtrak mobile app.

Metro-North will have trains rolling on the New Haven line in time for tomorrow's morning rush.

Con Edison crews have brought in a new substation to restore power to the crippled line.

The Metropolitan Transportation Authority says it will also reimburse riders affected by the September 25 power outage.

The agency is also offering refunds.

For more information, call 511.
