AirTrain JFK is getting a system-wide tuneup, and it could hold up travel plans.

Starting this weekend, the 10-year-old line will be under repair.

The Port Authority is replacing track switches, control equipment and upgrading software.

Officials say shutdowns and delays are expected.

Dozens of shuttle buses will be deployed to accommodate travelers.

The service disruptions are expected to continue until mid-October.
