A freon leak aboard a 1 train briefly disrupted some subway lines Tuesday afternoon.

The leak caused smoke-like conditions inside the subway station at 50th Street and Broadway.

Metropolitan Transportation Authority officials said the freon leak forced passengers to get off at 50th Street.

No one was hurt.

The train was taken out of service to be repaired.

The MTA said normal service resumed on the 1, 2, and 3 lines within about 20 minutes of the incident.
