Police have arrested a man for allegedly pushing another man in front of an oncoming subway train in Midtown on Monday, after authorities say the suspect implicated himself during questioning.

Naeem Davis, 30, is facing two charges of second-degree murder in connection with the death of 58-year-old Ki-Suck Han.

Witnesses say the perpetrator was mumbling to himself before he screamed at Han and pushed him.

At a press conference with the family's pastor, City Comptroller John Liu and Korean community groups, Han's family said they are thankful for the outpouring of support from the city but would now like to mourn their loss in private.

"He was just always there for me," said Han's daughter Ashley. "It's just devastating that he's gone."

Surveillance video shows right before the crime, the man yelled at Han, "Leave me the [expletive] alone. Take your [expletive] over there, stand in line, wait for the R train, that's it."

Han tried to get back onto the platform but was hit by a southbound Q train.

Davis was taken into custody just a block from the 49th Street station on the N/Q/R lines where Monday's incident took place, after investigators saw surveillance video of Davis working with street vendors near Rockefeller Center.
