NY1 VIDEO: More than a month-and-a-half since the city implemented its "Build It Back" program, a fund aimed at offering homeowners affected by Hurricane Sandy grants for repairing their houses, NY1's Anthony Pascale talked with Brad Gair from the Mayor's Office of Housing Recovery Operations about the success of the program so far, having already received 13,000 applications, including more than 3,000 from Staten Island residents.
