Columbia University may be number four in the nation, but it's still number one in the city.

A U.S. News and World Report university survey ranks Columbia fourth, maintaining its spot from last year.

Schools were ranked on 16 different factors, including retention and graduation rates, class sizes, and financial aid options.

Of the top 10 universities, Columbia also had the highest tuition fees, at more than $49,000.

Other city school rankings include NYU at 32, Yeshiva University at 46, and Fordham at 57.

The number one spot goes to Ivy Leaguer Princeton University.
