A city police officer pled not guilty Thursday to charges of attempted murder, assault and drunk driving stemming from an incident earlier this year.
Prosecutors say Joseph Felice and Robert Borrelli were driving in the Westchester County town of Pelham on April 29 when off-duty cop Brendan Cronin fired 14 bullets at their car.
The attack appeared to be random.
Felice was hit six times and is still recovering from his injuries.
Borrelli was not injured and appeared in court for the arraignment.
A judge signed orders of protection demanding Cronin stay away from the two men.
Both say they plan to sue Cronin and the city.
