Governor Andrew Cuomo is set to reveal his budget on Tuesday, but one proposal is already creating some buzz.

An anonymous administration official says Cuomo will propose funding for a new police database so that forces around the state can share information more quickly and easily.

The New York State Protection Cloud is set to cost $10 million and the administration estimates it will save $12 million a year once all the jurisdictions join in.

Civil libertarians are already raising concerns, saying that safeguards need to be in place to make sure the system isn't abused.
