A Brooklyn man locked up for more than 20 years for a murder he didn't commit plans to sue the city.
The New York Post says David Ranta will file a notice of claim for a $150 million lawsuit.
Ranta was released from prison in March after a judge vacated his conviction in the 1990 murder of prominent Rabbi Chaskel Werzberger.
The Brooklyn district attorney's office found the investigation had been mishandled.
The Post says Ranta is suing for malicious prosecution and wrongful imprisonment.
He suffered a heart attack shortly after his release but tells the Post he is feeling much better now.
