A Bronx teen was killed in a triple shooting.
It happened around 10 p.m. Monday at 1225 Gerard Avenue in Mount Eden.
Police say they believe two groups of men got into a fight over some graffiti, resulting in Ruben Redman, 15, being shot in the back of the head.
He was taken to Lincoln Hospital where was pronounced dead.
Two other 17-year-olds were shot - one in the leg, and the other grazed in the head.
They were also taken to Lincoln Hospital.
"There was some graffiti, a mark, that was made by one group that was written over by the other group. They took this as an insult," said Police Commissioner Ray Kelly. "The group that was upset over the mark being written over approached one individual, took out a .45 caliber hand gun, fired several shots."
Police have not yet made any arrests and are still investigating the incident.
Meanwhile, police were also searching for another man wanted in connection with another shooting in the Bronx.
Police released a surveillance video of the shooting that happened Saturday outside Big Ja's Sportswear at 3390 Jerome Avenue in Norwood.
Police say the man stopped outside the store and fired one shot before running away.
No one was injured.
The suspect is described as five-feet-eight-inches tall and 140 pounds.
