In an NY1 exclusive video, outgoing governor Eliot Spitzer was seen outside his apartment Friday night for the first time since his political career was brought down by a prostitution scandal.

Spitzer was seen chatting with some unidentified men in the building's lobby. He later got on the elevator and gave a short wave to reporters out on the street before the elevator doors closed.

It is uncertain if and when Spitzer will face charges for his interactions with prostitutes.
Prosecutors reportedly are looking into whether he used campaign money to pay for high priced prostitutes - an allegation that Spitzer has denied.

Spitzer could face charges ranging from solicitation and payment for sex, to transporting someone across state lines for prostitution, to structuring, which is breaking large sums of money down into smaller amounts to hide the true purpose of the money.

The New York Daily News says federal prosecutors have given call girl Ashley Alexandra Dupre immunity in exchange for testifying against Emperors Club VIP, the prostitution ring that allegedly employed her.

Dupre's tryst with Spitzer in a Washington hotel room last month helped bring the Governor's political career to an end.

Sirius Satellite Radio has started a new channel devoted to the Spitzer scandal. Sirius says "Client 9 Radio" - named after the code name given to Spitzer in court papers - was created in response to huge listener reaction after the story came out on Monday.
