The governor of Massachusetts has yet to hand over the items he wagered on the Super Bowl three weeks ago.

Governor Eliot Spitzer's office says it has not received the two-dozen dinners from Legal Sea Foods and several pints of Brigham's ice cream.

The food was part of a friendly bet between the New York and Massachusetts governors over the Super Bowl game between the Giants and Patriots.

Mayor Michael Bloomberg made a similar wager with Boston's mayor, and has already donated his winnings to charity. They included 100 cups of clam chowder, 12 dozen Boston cream pies, and more than $2,000 footballs.
