Heavy equipment operators are set to go back to work Monday after accepting a new contract deal.

Their week-long walkout ended after the union agreed to a four-year deal that calls for a 20 percent raise in exchange for productivity increases.

The strike halted work at hundreds of construction sites across the city, including the Freedom Tower.

Contractors have also reached an agreement with the Teamsters, who deliver supplies to construction sites.
