The Granny Peace Brigade staged another anti-war protest Saturday in Times Square, the place where they were arrested last October.

The grannies announced they were taking their anti-war tour to Washington.

The group was arrested last year for trying to enlist at the Times Square recruiting station. They were cleared of all charges two months ago.

Now they say they're planning to head to Washington to make their voices heard.

"You know when you get old, certain physical things happen to you. One of the things that happens is you tend to loose your hearing and you have to wear a hearing aid. Well there is that man down there in Washington, who I don't know how old he is or what his hearing capacity is, but he certainly doesn't hear and we are becoming his hearing aid," said the Granny Peace Brigade's Marie Runyon.

The grannies have several fundraisers planned in the city to help pay for their trip later this month.
