NY1 News presents a New Yorker's guide to surviving the Republican National Convention, taking place through Thursday, September 2, at Madison Square Garden .

The convention will be in session from 8:30-11:00 p.m. each night, with an additional Monday morning session from 8:00-10:00 a.m.
