New York's largest trade show is taking over the Javits Center this week.

It's called New York Now, the market for home and lifestyle.

Organizers bill the industry-only show as the premier event for home, lifestyle and handcrafted merchandise.

Exhibitors from nearly 3,000 companies are showing off around 100,000 products in the trade only event.

"We have products from home furnishings to gift, toy, personal care, personal accessories, it's really anything you might find in Macy's or Nordstroms but also a lot of small independent retailers," said NY NOW Director Christian Falkenberg.

The show serves as a way for retailers, mainly small stores, to see and pre-order the hot products for the upcoming holiday season. ClientIP:, UserAgent: CCBot/2.0 ( Profile: TWCSAMLSP
