Ticket-holders to this year's Electric Zoo on Randall's Island will have to watch a public service announcement before gaining entry to this year's dance music festival.

After two people died of apparent drug overdoses at last year's concert, organizers are launching the "Come To Life" public service announcement.

The two minute video shows a concert goer using the drug MDMA, also known as "molly" and growing increasingly incoherent.

Organizers are hoping this will help promote a safe environment.

Medical help centers, a new mobile app, and what organizers are calling "Zoo Keepers" will also be on hand to help make sure the August 29 to 31 concert runs smoothly.
