The stage of Broadway's Holler If Ya Hear Me will soon go silent.
The new musical inspired by the lyrics of Tupac Shakur is set to close for good on July 20.
Holler If Ya Here Me first began on June 2 at the Palace Theater.
It will have run for a total of 55 performances.
Starring award winner Saul Williams as one of the main characters, the non-biographical story brings inner city struggles to life.
A spokesman for the show says quote: "It saddens me that due to the financial burdens of Broadway, I was unable to sustain this production longer in order to give it time to bloom on Broadway. Tupac's urgent socially important insights and the audiences' nightly rousing standing ovations deserve to be experienced by the world."
