Police are investigating after a young man was shot and killed near a Manhattan public housing complex.
Police found the 21-year-old victim behind the Rangel Houses in Harlem around 6 a.m. Monday.
They say he had gunshot wounds to the neck and torso.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
No arrests have been made.
