A tour bus struck two women Monday morning on the west side of Manhattan, injuring one of them critically.
Police say it happened just before 8 a.m. when a private tour bus from Pennsylvania made a left turn near 47th Street and Tenth Avenue.
One woman was pinned underneath the bus.
The other woman injured her leg.
Both women are identified as tourists from Spain.
They were taken to the hospital.
The driver of the bus remained on the scene.
The Trans-Bridge Lines company reports the bus was on its way to a parking facility, and was empty.
