It was a busy day at Penn Station as travelers head in and out of the city for the holiday weekend.
Hurricane Arthur is threatening to dump more rain on the area, but visitors say they won't let that put a damper on their plans.
"To be honest with you, I didn't even know it was coming. But now that we see on the news it's coming, I don't think it'll effect us on the Island too much," said one commuter.
"I didn't know anything about it until I was at the hotel last night and then I saw it, but it's still supposed to be a nice weekend, and we're here for seven days," said another. "I'd like to see the fireworks without a lot of water, but I'm still on vacation."
Holiday festivities in the city are currently set to go on as planned.
