NYPD officers arrested a Queens teen after they saw fire him a gun into a group of people Saturday.

Police say they recovered the gun seen here near Merrick Boulevard and 119th Avenue in Jamaica late Saturday night.

Officers say they were on patrol when they saw a group of people arguing. That's when they say 19-year-old Michael Jones pulled out a gun and fired twice at the group.

Police then chased Jones down and arrested him.

He now faces charges including criminal possession of a weapon and reckless endangerment. ClientIP:, UserAgent: CCBot/2.0 ( Profile: TWCSAMLSP
