Police are searching for three people in connection with an armed robbery in the Bronx over the weekend, part of which was captured on surveillance video.

Police say around 9 p.m. Sunday the 79-year-old victim was returning to his house near 169th Street and Fulton Street when he noticed a window was broken and the back door was open.

Police say the victim was pushed inside the home.

One of the suspects threatened him with a gun and made him lay on the floor.

The three men stole $500 and jewelry before fleeing the scene.

The victim was not seriously injured.

Anyone with information on the case should contact the Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS, or text CRIMES and then enter TIP577, or visit www.nypdcrimestoppers.com.
