There's a sizable divide along racial lines, but more New Yorkers approve of Mayor de Blasio's job performance, according to a newly released poll.

The latest survey by Quinnipiac University shows 66 percent of black voters approve of the mayor's leadership, while 14 percent disapprove.

Among Hispanic voters, the numbers are 56 percent to 17 percent and among white voters, 41 percent approve and 42 percent disapprove.

The poll also shows a 25 point gap between black and white voter approval levels.

That's up from a March 16 poll showing the gap at 21 percent.

The mayor received his highest overall marks since a January 16 poll showing his approval rating at 53 percent.

The poll has a margin of error of plus or minus 3.1 percentage points.
