Police are asking for the public's help tracking down a missing elderly woman in Brooklyn.

Investigators say Jane Kerina, 82, was last seen at a friend's home in Prospect Heights Monday around 11 a.m.

Sources say she suffers from dementia and leukemia.

Kerina is described as being 5'6" tall and weighs 160 pounds.

She was last seen wearing black pants, black sneakers and a green sweater.
